Epinamel® DTM985

A two-component, high solids, high build polyamine adduct cured epoxy. Designed to protect steel and concrete in industrial exposures, Epinamel DTM985 is ideal for maintenance painting and fabrication shop applications. The high-solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners and welds. This product can be applied directly to marginally prepared steel surfaces. Epinamel DTM985 is approved to APAS 0213 and APAS 2973. Factory-made white has AS4020 potable water approval.

Epinamel® DTS680

A two-component, high-solids, medium-build polyamine adduct cured epoxy. A versatile epoxy intermediate that can be used directly to substrate. Approved to APAS-2973 and conforms to AS/NZS 3750.14.

Epinamel® EB600

Epinamel® MF920

A two-component, amine adduct-cured epoxy coating, reinforced with mineral flake. Conforms to AS/NZS 3750.14.

Epinamel® PR250

A two-component, universal epoxy primer with aluminium flake option. A versatile primer that protects structural steel in both internal and external environments. Approved to APAS 2971, this primer can be used in heavy industrial, marine and C1 to C5 environments (as defined in AS/NZS 2312).

Epinamel® PR360ZPS

A two-component, polyamide cured epoxy high build zinc phosphate sandable primer. A general purpose anticorrosive primer primarily for use on steel with excellent adhesion properties. Approved to APAS 2971 and conforms to AS/NZS 3750.13 Type 2 and 3.

Epinamel® UHB1000

A two-component, ultra high-build, solvent-free two pack amine cured epoxy coating. Suitable for immersion in fresh and salt water, Epinamel UHB1000 comes in black and neutral grey colours and conforms to AS/NZS 3750.2 Type 1.

Galvit® EP100

A two-component, polyamide cured zinc-rich epoxy primer. Galvit EP100 contains 87% (by weight) zinc dust pigment in the dry film. The product is approved to APAS 0014/2 and APAS 2916/1.

Galvit® ES510

A two-component moisture curing, zinc rich, ethyl silicate primer/finish. Galvit ES510 can withstand substrate temperatures up to 400°C under normal atmospheric exposure conditions and has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Galvit ES510 is approved to APAS-2908.

Paracryl® IF540

Poly U™ 400

Poly U™ 750

A two-component high-solids, gloss acrylic polyurethane coating. Used as a durable finish coat over high-performance anti-corrosion systems. Poly U750 has excellent resistance to atmospheric exposures and maintains gloss and colour, even in highly corrosive environments. Poly U750 is also approved to APAS 2911/1.

Poly U™ 775

A two-component high-solids, semi-gloss acrylic polyurethane coating. Used as a durable finish coat over high-performance anti-corrosion systems. Poly U775 has excellent resistance to atmospheric exposures and maintains its gloss and colour, even in highly corrosive environments. Poly U775 is also approved to APAS 2911/1.
